Rum Baked Figs
4 Fresh Figs, quartered
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Dark Rum
a generous sprinkling of Cinnamon
- Lay the figs in an ovenproof dish
- mix the honey and rum together and pour over the figs
- Sprinkle the cinnamon over the figs and bake in a preheated 180 degree (C) oven for approx 15-20 minutes
- Serve with creme fraiche or Greek yoghurt
